Isoldi Bookkeeping Services provides remote bookkeeping services to other small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for a talented Full Charge Bookkeeper with experience working with small businesses to join our remote team.. This is a work from home opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and process financial data using Quickbooks Online for multiple clients
• Reconcile bank, credit card and loan accounts
• Process and record payroll using ADP or similar
• Process accounts payable
  • Includes entering bills, paying bills, marking them as paid in Quickbooks
• Accounts Receivable
  • Includes creating customer invoices, applying payments, sending statements for overdue accounts
• Month End processes including analyzing financials and following up with clients for needed info
• Year End processing including processing 1099 Forms
• Misc financial projects as needed

• Ability to prioritize and multitask, especially during the busy times
• Deadline and detail oriented; Must be comfortable working with multiple deadlines without becoming overwhelmed
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self starter with the ability to work independently without significant direct supervision
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook & Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to learn and work with new software

To be successful in this position, you will need advanced accounting knowledge and time management skills. Since this is a remote position, you will need to be able to work independently and be able to manage your time efficiently. You will be required to keep track of your time on a client by client basis. This position requires the ability to juggle multiple projects at once as you will be working on and responsible for multiple sets of books.

Must be available Monday - Friday, during normal business hours as there is a lot of client interaction required. Nights or weekend only hours is not an option.

Required: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper - Must have general ledger experience.

Isoldi Bookkeeping Services is a small, full service bookkeeping firm. We have been servicing small to medium sized clients for over 10 years. We perform all functions of an internal accounting department from A/R & A/P to financial statements. No travel is required by our employee's.
