Job description

We are seeking a general labor candidate in fabrication who will use small hand tools to remove, debur, stack, count, and route parts to next operations. This candidate will have the ability to learn blueprint reading, and general fabrication for future advancement opportunities within the organization.

Shift

(Second Shift) 3:30pm to 1am (Monday - Thursday) $1 shift premium 30 min paid lunch break

(First Shift) 6am - 3:30pm (Monday - Thursday) 6am - Noon (Friday)

General Labor/Parts Puller Essential Duties:

• Operate small hand tools such as grinders, buffers, and sanders
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend to remove metal parts from sheet metal
• Detail duties such as counting and completing documentation
• Ability to read work instructions and department routings
• Quality check on finished parts to meet tolerance and conformity
• Ability to work well with others in your same work area and other departments
• Work in an efficient and timely manner
• Keep work area, including machine surfaces clean at all times.
• Identify areas for process improvement, cost and waste reduction
• The associate is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment; such as safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.'
