Job Description

A leadership role for someone who wants to build strong team leads, drive growth, and help shape the long-term future of a growing local service company.

Four Seasons is a family owned business that has provided lawn care and pest control services in Idaho and Washington for more than 35 years. We offer tailored lawn care packages (fertilization, weed control, aeration, and weekly mowing) and pest‐management programs (perimeter sprays, insect bait, rodent stations, etc.). We’re locally owned and fully licensed and insured, serving customers across Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, Clarkston, and nearby towns. Our commitment to the community and customer satisfaction has helped us build long-term relationships.

Leadership, Culture & Growth

The General Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the company by building a high-performing management team beneath them. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on developing people, creating structure, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented management culture.

You will help define leadership roles, set expectations, coach leads, and create systems that allow the company to scale while maintaining quality, accountability, and a strong team mindset.

This role is designed for a leader focused on developing future leaders and strengthening the organization beyond day-to-day management.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

-Management or Team Lead Experience
Proven experience leading teams in a supervisory, team lead, or management role. The ideal candidate has successfully coordinated crews, maintained accountability, and helped build a positive, performance-driven team culture.

-Extensive Knowledge of Lawn & Tree Health
Strong, hands-on knowledge of turfgrass and tree health, including fertilization programs, weed control, insect and disease identification, soil health, and seasonal treatment strategies. Practical field experience is required.

-Applicator License (Required)
Must hold a current Idaho Pesticide Applicator License for residential applications , or an equivalent license from another state eligible for Idaho reciprocity . Agricultural-only licenses do not meet the requirements for this position.

-Regulatory & Field Oversight
Ability to ensure all applications comply with state regulations, label requirements, and company standards, and to provide technical guidance and support to team leads in the field.

Seasonal Position Structure
This is a 10-month position aligned with the lawn care and pest control season. The remaining 2 winter months offer flexibility, with the option of time off or snow removal and other winter work. Any snow removal or other winter work would be eligible for additional compensation under a separate, agreed-upon pay structure.
