Capstone Logistics is seeking Independent Contractors/Owner-Operators with reliable vehicle for grocery deliveries to residences in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Drivers will deliver 2-3 orders per hour, depending on vehicle size, from the fulfillment center to customers’ doorsteps. No shopping required! All deliveries are local, and there will be no unattended deliveries.

The ideal candidates must meet all the basic job requirements listed below:

• Strong communication is key to your success and ours!

Shift Availability:

• Saturday and Sunday, Monday- Friday

Available Shifts:

• 8am-4pm
• 9am-6pm

(1 weekend day is mandatory)

Highly Competitive Pay Based on Productivity:

• The harder you work, the more you earn!
• $4.50 per delivery, PLUS generous tips
• 2 to 3 orders per hour
• Average pay: $20-22 per hour
• $120 daily minimum,  PLUS TIPS ON ALL ORDERS DELIVERED
• Referral Bonus * Earn Extra Cash

• Potential to earn up to $195 per day

Important Vehicle Information:

• Contractors MUST provide their own vehicles; we do not supply them
• Sedans, SUVs, and Vans with ample space for large orders

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• A valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
• Driver must be listed on the vehicle insurance
• Must own and be able to use a smartphone
• Heavy lifting required daily
• Contractors must operate their own delivery vehicle, with stable routes and pay

Fees:

• All Independent Contractors are subject to standard industry start-up and operational deductions, including:
• Administrative fees
• Equipment fees
• Insurance fees
• On average, these fees may total up to $40 per week per contractor.
