Job Description

Equinox Growers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Grower to join our team in the food production industry. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agricultural specialists to improve yield and address production challenges.
  • Conduct regular inspections of crops to identify and address any diseases or deficiencies in growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and data to track production, yield, and crop quality
  • Record and analyze data related to crop performance for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in agricultural practices or horticulture, ideally in a growing environment.
  • Strong understanding of plant biology, hydroponics, and large-scale greenhouses.
  • Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate greenhouse systems, climate computers, and equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
