Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Rosemead, CA

Pay rate: $33-$35 per hour, on W2

Duration: 06+ Months with the possibility of extension

Summary:

The largest subsidiary of Edison International, is the primary electric utility company, is seeking a project manager to lead mid- to large-scale projects within the HR functional area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cross-functional collaboration and a strong foundation in project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manages activities of one or more mid to large scale projects with responsibility for ensuring on time delivery of all deliverables including outputs and budget.
• Develops robust project plans, stakeholder analysis, RAID logs, status reports, risk mitigation.
• Implements benefits realization satisfaction surveys and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery.
• Implements project management reporting tools progress dashboards and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3+ years of managing mid to large scale projects.
• Experience with cross functional projects such as IT, HR and third-party vendors.
• Experience with building out project plans including RACI, RAID log.
