Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $22.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provides social interaction.
• Reports any changes in the patients condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.

Qualifications

• Valid HHA Home Health Aide OR PCA Personal Care Aide Certificate.
• Current Photo ID & Social Security card.
• Drug screen (last 6 months).
• Complete physical (within last 6 months).
• 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional).
