Overhead Solutions is a family-run roofing, siding, window, and gutter company dedicated to delivering top-quality work and an outstanding customer experience. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage our growing workload.

Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling of all sold projects and ensuring production runs smoothly. You will work closely with our operations Manager to align scheduling with production goals, while keeping customers informed throughout their project.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. Construction isn’t black and white, things shift, and we need someone who is comfortable in the “grey area,” thinks outside the box, and can fit the pieces of the schedule together like a jigsaw puzzle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of all sold roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to keep projects moving and production on track.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and changes.
• Monitor production goals and adjust scheduling as needed to align with targets.
• Adapt to changes quickly and effectively, from weather delays to shifting priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled projects and progress.

Qualifications

• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• General understanding of exterior remodeling (roofing, siding, windows, gutters) a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep multiple parties informed.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Logical problem-solving skills, ability to “fit the pieces together” to make scheduling work.
• Experience in scheduling, project coordination, or operations support preferred.

Position Details

Full-time position (year-round; heavier workload March to October, lighter December through February).

• Hybrid work model: mix of Office/Work from Home
• Compensation & Benefits: $85,000
