HR Assistant Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA (3 Days On-Site)

About the Role: We're partnering with a growing food and beverage company in Downtown Los Angeles to hire a bright, detail-oriented
HR Assistant . This is a
temporary position covering a maternity leave and is a great opportunity to build hands-on HR experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Enter and audit employee data in ADP and other HRIS platforms
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding, background checks, and HR file maintenance
- Respond to HR email and hotline inquiries
- Help coordinate HR meetings, trainings, and compliance tracking
Requirements: - At least 6 months of HR experience (internships included)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS preferred, not required
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
