Human Resources Business Partner

Engineering company in south Fort Worth is seeking a bilingual HRBP for their team!!

***MUST be fully bilingual in English/Spanish***

Ideal candidates will have:

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years in a business partner or advisory role
Experience supporting a multi-location or multi-vendor workforce in a manufacturing or service environment
Experience leading or supporting large-scale change management or restructuring initiatives
Demonstrated experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
