HVAC Project Manager Senior HVAC Project Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned HVAC Project Manager looking to lead high-impact projects in commercial, institutional, and healthcare environments? We're seeking a driven professional with 8+ years of experience in mechanical contracting to take ownership of complex mechanical projects from post-estimate through completion.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be the central force behind successful project execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-cycle project management : From buyout to closeout, you'll oversee all phases of mechanical construction.
• Team leadership : Guide piping, plumbing, and sheet metal supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Client & stakeholder coordination : Communicate with general contractors, engineers, and architects to keep projects aligned and on track.
• Scheduling & progress tracking : Develop construction schedules and monitor progress across all trades.
• Cost control & billing : Manage budgets, track change orders, and oversee monthly billing.
• Technical oversight : Review submittals, expedite equipment delivery, and ensure compliance with project specs.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing mechanical contracts ranging from $3M to $20M+
• Strong background in commercial, medical, institutional, and higher education projects
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems , especially chilled water systems and components
• Working knowledge of piping, sheet metal, and controls ; plumbing experience is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software and construction tech tools
