We are seeking an experienced and driven Heating Sales and Service Manager to lead our growing team and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. If you’re passionate about the propane and natural gas industry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love leading with both strategy and heart—this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in partnership with company leadership to hit revenue targets and expand our market reach.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair operations—ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
Strengthen and grow client and builder relationships. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care.
Schedule and manage workloads for drivers, technicians, and dispatchers. Oversee fleet operations and ensure optimal field performance.
Collaborate with the Heating Technical Trainer to implement training programs and performance standards across the heating division.
Maintain strict adherence to industry safety standards and regulations. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze competitor trends, customer needs, and service performance to keep us ahead of the curve.
