Your Role
 Lead and manage the HVAC department to ensure quality service and operational
excellence.
 Coach, train, and motivate technicians to provide top-tier customer experiences.
 Conduct in-home consultations and drive sales of HVAC products and services.
 Perform load calculations and recommend the best equipment for customers.
 Oversee scheduling, inventory, and department budget management.
 Maintain accurate records of sales, service, and team performance.
 Foster a positive, honest, and customer-focused environment.
Requirements
 Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience (service, sales, or management); prior
management experience preferred.
 Strong track record in sales with excellent closing skills.
 High school diploma or GED required (college degree a plus).

 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
 Clean driving record with ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and
physical.
 Professional, positive, and passionate about helping others.
