HVAC Service Manager
Starting Salary: $85K (based on experience)
Incentives: Commission opportunities + monthly vehicle allowance

We’re seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team, ensure operational excellence, and drive business growth. This role oversees safety, technician performance, customer relations, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

· Enforce and evaluate safety protocols

· Hire, train, and manage HVAC technicians and admin staff

· Monitor job quality, scheduling, and dispatch

· Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns

· Manage resources and optimize service profitability

· Review performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

· 3+ years in HVAC management/supervision

· Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and service operations

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and service-related technology

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

· Valid driver’s license; occasional travel and flexible schedule required

· State HVAC license(s) preferred

Additional Info

· Must be able to occasionally climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs

· Work includes job site visits, sometimes outdoor or mechanical environments

· Strong organizational skills and self-motivation essential
