Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to provide legal counsel, conduct in-depth legal research, and represent clients in Immigration Court proceedings.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration matters
Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case strategies
Represent clients in Immigration Court and before relevant agencies
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in legal research, negotiation, and client advisement
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently while contributing effectively in a team environment
Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active Bar membership in good standing
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
