Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Specialist

As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist , you will play a key role in ensuring our facility runs like a well-oiled machine. Working in our Spartanburg, SC location, you'll actively engage in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing various systems and equipment.

• Tackling technical troubleshooting across multiple complex systems and equipment, while performing vital preventative maintenance to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborating on new equipment installations, maintaining the electrical systems, and overseeing general facility maintenance, from HVAC systems to landscaping.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with standards and guidelines, diligently completing inspections, and adhering to safety procedures such as Lock-Out/Tag-Out.
• Contributing to the team by improving operational efficiency, embracing Lean principles, and performing other tasks aligned with management's directives.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Proficiency in English communication, independent working skills, and computer literacy, including CMMS familiarity.
• A strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

May require PLC/control experience.

*This role requires onsite work at our Spartanburg, SC facility. Working Hours for this role are: 6:45am - 6:45pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The training/onboarding schedule will be M-F dayshift.

Ability to successfully complete Operator training (classroom and hands-on) to become certified Operator and successfully pass Operator re-certification test annually. If required by the specific modality, this role is subject to passing Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) required background check.
