Salary: $54,080 - 62,400 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• I will require you to support the installation and uninstallation of Nexen software (such as DRM, VPN, WMS, QMS, SAP, etc.).
• You will provide IT training to new employees.
• I need you to assist with IT budget planning and payment processing.
• You will be responsible for purchasing and managing IT assets.
• You will document solutions, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• It is essential to develop and maintain strong relationships with your team members.
• You will optimize and support networking, security, software, and hardware systems.
• I expect you to perform IT site surveys, troubleshoot issues, and offer strategic technical guidance to the team.
• On-call support will be necessary to respond to emergencies as they arise.
• You will construct or maintain solutions that utilize technology to fulfill our business requirements.
• I would like you to update the company’s knowledge base as needed.
• Building, developing, and deploying quality phone solutions will be part of your duties.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting business-class server-based networks will also be required.

Education and Experience:

Working Hours:

- The typical work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, which includes a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Hours may vary and occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary, though this is rare.

Working Environment:

- The work is performed in an office setting, and you must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Tools and Equipment Used:

- You will use company-provided computers, email, copiers, faxes, phones, and other standard office equipment.

Travel:

- Periodic travel may be necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 hours per week
