JOB GRADE: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: New York Airport Office (JFK - must be able to commute by car)
Hours: 40hours/week, Shift (including morning, night, weekends and holidays)
Salary: $25.04-$28.04 *DOE

Operation
・Flight Operation support (Assist flight dispatcher, Support captain and HQ, coordination with ATC or Airport Authority, analyze local weather, understand operation manuals, coordination of irregularities.)
・Load Control (The weight and balance of aircraft)
・Others (Support the crew staying NYC, coordination with crew hotel or transportation company)

Experience
・ Flight operations experience preferred
・ Load Control experience preferred
・ Experience in an airline or flight operations services company preferred

Education
・ High School diploma is required
・ Associate’s degree / Bachelor’s degree preferred
・ Or any equivalent combination of education and experience

Language skills
・ Ability to speak/write reports and business correspondence in English required and Japanese preferred but not required.

Mathematical Skills
・ Ability to perform standard algebra equations and calculate figures and amounts such as interest and percentages.

Other Required Skills
・ Must have well-developed interpersonal skills
・ FAA or JCAB Dispatcher License NOT required.
・ Willing to work any hours/shifts/holidays

Other Requirement
・ A proof to work in the USA legally required. (No Visa support)
・ Valid Driver’s License required.
