Overview We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Localization Project Manager based in Europe (remote). As a Project Manager at Milengo, you are the interface between our clients and all internal departments (sales, production and procurement). Project Managers have the overall responsibility for customer care and project handling, including client communication, creating quotes, monitoring project costs, meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring the quality of delivered services. Responsibilities Client communication in English and German, including client calls and meetings, project-related consulting, client complaints, reviews and feedback Project analysis and planning Issuing quotes and invoices in a timely manner Project pre- and post-processing including collaboration with other departments if required Project execution, monitoring, coordination and deliveries to the client Documenting and updating client and project information on the project wiki Monitoring project profitability, revenue forecasts and revenue reporting Vendor coordination for agreed accounts Native command of German or C1-C2 level Strong command of written and spoken English Experience in the localization industry is a plus Good technical understanding Experience with Computer-Aided Translation (CAT) tools is a big plus Excellent communication skills and team spirit Analytical, structured and goal-oriented approach to work Efficient task and time management Understanding of AI-assisted technologies and willingness to learn and integrate them into daily workflows We offer A dynamic and motivated international team Regular feedback for personal growth Flexible working hours that fit your life Plenty of opportunities for learning and personal development and growth About Milengo Milengo GmbH is one of Europe’s leading language service providers.
