Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Support Manager in Fredericksburg or Stafford, Virginia.

This permanent position offers a hybrid schedule - three days on-site and two days remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage all aspects of legal support operations for the Litigation Department, including hiring, training, performance management, and team development.

• Hold a strong understanding of litigation practices to deliver exceptional legal support services.

• Minimum of five (5) years of management experience; preferably in a law firm setting.
