Job Type: Temporary | Full-Time | Monday Friday ( Weekends Required )

Pay: Starting at $27 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to join our team for the upcoming Open Enrollment Period . This is a fully remote , temporary position ideal for experienced agents who are passionate about helping clients understand and enroll in ACA-compliant health plans.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls only from clients seeking ACA health insurance coverage
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, explaining plan benefits and eligibility
• Help clients choose the best health plan based on their needs and budget
• Ensure compliance with ACA regulations and maintain accurate client records
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Licensing: MUST Hold a valid and current health insurance agent license for your state
• Experience: Proven experience selling health insurance plans, preferably with ACA marketplace experience
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate online systems and perform in a remote work environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Start Date: Must be available to begin by October 1st
• Duration: Temporary position lasting through mid-January (end of Open Enrollment)
• Shifts: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
• Days: Monday Friday with some weekends required
• Overtime available

Equipment Requirements:

To be successful in this fully remote position, you must have :

• A desktop or laptop computer (reliable and updated)
• Two monitors to effectively manage calls and documentation
• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
• A strong and stable internet connection
