Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a - Licensed Insurance Representative to join their team. As a - Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be part of the insurance sales and customer service department supporting the agency's growth and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to delivering excellent service, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Licensed Insurance Representative

Location: El Paso, TX

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Market, quote, and sell personal and commercial insurance products, including Property & Casualty policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through professional and ethical sales practices
• Educate customers on policy options, coverage limits, and risk management strategies
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, policy changes, and claims-related questions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using agency management systems and computer-based tools

What's Needed?

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, consultative sales, and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with the ability to learn insurance and CRM systems quickly
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
