Job Description: This role will start out for 3 months but could be extended depending on business needs.
The Counter Sales Rep is the face of our retail parts store and the go-to person for all the customers' needs. Also responsible for warehouse duties which include putting away stock and picking orders. No PIT equipment to be used.
Must haves: 6 months recent warehouse/customer service experience
No more than 3 months gap in work history
1-2 years of Microsoft Suite experience, Outlooks, teams, data entry
Like to have: Would like 1-3 years experience in a plumbing supply house if possible.
Responsibilities :
Provide an excellent selling experience for our trade professional and DIY customer in-store visits and phone calls.
Maintain store product inventory levels and pick and consolidate orders.
Build relationships with our customers and associates.
Light driving (pick-up truck) for deliveries.
Qualifications :
Counter experience in wholesale distribution.
Local market knowledge is a plus!
A willingness to learn is a must have!
Great customer service and communication skills.
Bend, twist, pull and stand for full 8 hour shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to read and understand work orders
Hours : Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm 1/2 hour unpaid lunch
