Job Description
Our global law firm client is looking for a top-notch litigation legal secretary with at least 5 years of experience to support high-level partners. This legal secretary will handle travel, calendaring, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and other materials. They will work with firm leadership and outside clients. Strong skill and professionalism is required for this role. This person should have a 24/7 mindset. This legal secretary should be flexible to be available as needed - accessible and checking email outside of standard hours. Hours: 9-5, OT as needed and non-exempt. Salary range is $80K-124K plus merit bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
