Job Details:

Litigation Legal Secretary - AM Law 200 

80-100K, Hybrid- Washington, DC

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports as directed.
• Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records, ensuring adherence to confidentiality protocols.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in an AM Law 200 firm in Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) is a plus.
