We're looking for a motivated, service-driven Loan Officer II who loves making connections, solving problems, and helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. What You'll Be Doing:
Connecting with New & Existing Members: Interview applicants, listen to their needs, and guide them through the mortgage process with clarity and care.
Managing the Mortgage Process: Prepare and process loan applications, ensure accuracy, and keep things moving smoothly from start to finish.
Communication Clearly: Keep members in the loop with timely updates and thoughtful explanations
Staying in the Know: Stay up to date on lending policies, regulations, and the latest trends in real estate and mortgage lending.
Offering Solutions: Cross-offer helpful credit union products and services that make life easier for our members.
Growing Our Reach: Build mortgage business through relationships with realtors, contractors, and community connections.
Tracking Goals & Success: Keep a sales log, set goals, and celebrate your progress as part of our driven, goal-oriented lending team.
Mentoring & Leading: Support onboarding and training for Loan Officer I teammates-YOUR experience matters here.
