Optical Cable Corporation, a leading manufacturing entity, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Swannanoa, NC

Pay Range: $17.00

What's the Job?

• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
