McDonald's Crew Team Member

Wages:

Starting wage for 18 years and older: up to $12/HR

Starting wage for 16-17 year olds: up to $11/HR

Starting wage for 14-15 year olds: up to $9.25

Greet customers with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience

Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food

Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun

Keep the restaurant looking clean and fantastic

Requirements:

All you need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest! You must be 14 years of age or older to work as a crew member at McDonald's.
