Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client in Sea Girt, NJ 08750 . In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care by performing clinical, administrative, and patient support duties in a fast-paced clinic.

Job Details:

• Performs all duties within the scope of a Certified Medical Assistant (procedures, injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy).
• Coordinates healthcare screening results as directed by providers, company standards, and policies
• Travels with the mobile team to clinics and centralized locations to conduct screening clinics to support contracted physician network.
• Conducts home visits with patients accompanied by a provider
• Rooms patients according to company standards.
• Follows all physician office guidelines while conducting screening clinics onsite at contracted physician clinics.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification or registration required or must obtain the designation within 180 days of employment hire date.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers (written exam and in-person assessment) at time of hire or within 30 days of hire

Additional Information:

• Location: Sea Girt, NJ 08750
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8: 45 am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:45am -2:00Pm/ 40 hours/week
• Contract Length: 7 Weeks (with posibility of extension)
• Pay Rate: $20 - $23.40/Hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
