Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for originating quality residential mortgage loans while promoting responsible lending opportunities in alignment with NWB’s mission. This position requires an active NMLS license and Idaho Mortgage Loan Originator license. The Loan Officer guides borrowers through every step of the mortgage process, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, fostering community partnerships, and supporting long-term homeownership success through education and outreach.
