Hours: Part Time, scheduled accordingly Requirements: A committed Christian aligned with our beliefs, comfortable working in a church environment, and willing to support the mission and guidelines of the Worship Team. Support and encourage fellow worship team members. Serve with a pastoral heart, aiming to facilitate worship for others. Communicate in a Christ-like manner. Come prepared with music knowledge, not relying solely on sheet music. Be punctual and arrive at rehearsals 15 minutes early. Have instruments ready and inform the Music Director of equipment needs. Be flexible during rehearsals and open to feedback. For mobile campuses, set up and break down equipment. Clock in/out appropriately and communicate any issues. Adhere to scheduled times and dress code. Seek growth and coaching opportunities.
