Schedule: Monday - Friday business hours with the potential of an occasional visit in the evening or on the weekend pending patient availability. This position is responsible for ensuring our clients are receiving high-quality care and delivering high-quality care when working in a hands-on setting. BrightStar Care North KC, Metro KC and Lee's Summit officially opened it's doors on May 1st! BrightStar is seeking a Nurse Manager to be responsible for home care case management which includes training and supervising employees (caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, RNs), completing start of care and reassessments along with completing patient visits which may include clinical trials, infusions, injections, wound care, hospital in your home visits, etc... this position is a great opportunity for a nurse with aspirations of a Director of Nursing position one day (yes, we will have room for growth into this role as our agency grows!) or an experienced nurse who is seeking a position with both administrative and management responsibilities along with continuing bedside. To be eligible for this position, you must have strong IV skills, feel comfortable working in a home setting, have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, electronic documentation skills, time management skills, people management skills, enjoying teaching/training and must be comfortable with a fluid schedule. RN Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN license in MO
• Abiity to commute to an office setting in Olathe, KS on a daily basis (outside of patient visits)
• Reliable car and auto insurance
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR Certification (BLS- Red Cross or American Heart Association) *we offer a class at a reduced cost if you need your BLS*
• Negative TB test within last year
• Clean background and criminal record
• COVID Vaccine
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
