Salary: $25-$28

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing office operations? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties:

• Accounting, AR, AP, logistics (quoting, BOL, etc.) to include month end reporting, invoicing, cost centers, etc. and payroll; knowledge of Peachtree is a plus.
• Payroll: review timecards and enter information into ADP
• Responsible for HR, in collaboration with owner.
• Input timesheets based on the job, putting in multiple timesheets, and code to the proper job for billing purposes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of an office, including managing office supplies, coordinating facilities management, organizing files, arranging meetings, handling budgets, and ensuring smooth workflow by implementing and maintaining efficient office procedures.
• Tracks office expenses, managing budgets, processing invoices, preparing reports.
• Acts as a liaison between departments and vendors, communicating company policies and updates to staff.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
