We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oral Surgeon to join our premier practice in the greater Denver, CO, area. This is a full-time opportunity offering a well-established patient base, a tenured support staff, and a strong referral network.

*Ideal Candidate:*
* A special individual who can elevate the healthcare experience with an authentic sense of grace and empathy for their patients
* Someone who is intellectually curious, takes extreme ownership, looks to improve a little every day and has absolute love and conviction for their craft
* Board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado

*You will be responsible for the following:*
* Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
* May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate.
* Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
* Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
* Perform dental extractions and oral surgeries with precision while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
* Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene practices.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a high standard of patient care and clinic operations.
* Participate in teaching and training programs for dental students and staff.

*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
* Board certification in Oral Surgery
* Proficiency in dental terminology and medical documentation
* Strong patient care and assessment skills
* Experience with dental extractions and prosthodontics
* Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
* Ability to teach and mentor dental students or residents
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management
