Order Fulfillment Representative

ROLE IMPACT
The Order Fulfillment Representative supports the distribution of tolling equipment by managing inventory, assembling orders, and ensuring timely shipment of materials. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within a high-volume fulfillment environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, unpack, and inspect goods per purchase orders or invoices
• Prepare and assemble kits for shipment to customers
• Conduct final quality checks and process outbound shipments
• Perform inventory transactions and system updates accurately
• Support inventory control tasks including cycle counts and audits
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in mailroom, packaging, or assembly work
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable navigating internet-based systems
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Repetitive task setting in a warehouse or shipping environment
• Standing, lifting, and handling materials up to 25 lbs
• Onsite access to computer systems and inventory tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with order fulfillment or logistics coordination
• Strong attention to detail and task focus
• Ability to meet high productivity standards with accuracy
