Painters and Subcontractors Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled painters and subcontractors to join our team at Russell's Painting Inc. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential and commercial painting, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to quality craftsmanship. With full-time and part-time opportunities available, you'll have the flexibility to work on a variety of exciting projects while enjoying competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Locations: DeLand, FL - Orlando, FL - Lady Lake, FL

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality production painting work using various techniques, including brush, roll, and spray applications.
• Assist with surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, sanding, caulking,puttying and taping.
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient project completion and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Subcontractors must have all required paperwork and meet insurance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential and commercial painting, preferably in new construction.
• Proficient in brush, roll, and spray painting techniques (preferred).
• Ability to perform prep work such as caulking, puttying, and taping.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and possession of personal hand tools.
• Subcontractors must have all necessary insurance and documentation.

Job Details:

• Pay: $18 - $25 per hour , depending on experience.

• Employment Type: Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Schedule: Mostly Daytime hours
