Pay Rate: $33.00 - $36.05 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Great opportunity for a labor investigation and writing specialist.

Complete Description:

• Qualified candidates MUST have legal writing experience.
• Specialist will manage a caseload of union environment disciplinary cases and grievances cases.
• Candidate will be expected to perform case investigations, write investigatory memos, present on behalf of management in pre-disciplinary hearings as well as grievance hearings, and write recommendations for discipline.
• This is a hybrid role that is mostly remote with the requirement for in-person days at any location 4 times per month.
• Qualified candidates MUST have legal writing experience
