We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our plumbing operations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  Your leadership will be crucial in managing projects, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring junior staff.

As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and supervising installations, repairs, and maintenance.  You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.  Your expertise will help us uphold our reputation for quality and reliability.  If you are a proactive leader with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Plumbing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Schedules, coordinates, and offers operational assistance for plumbers to satisfy customer needs and standards.
\n
• Review plumbers work to ensure quality and meet the established standards, techniques, and safety requirements.
\n
• Provide training programs to ensure that technicians are properly educated about the latest service techniques, equipment, general working conditions, and safety procedures.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate budgets, targets, and objectives to ensure company profitability.
\n
• Evaluate all estimates and change orders to maintain consistent margins.
\n
• Specifies and ensures that the parts needed are ordered promptly to guarantee meeting deadlines.
\n
• Communications with vendors and suppliers on warranty problems, product recall reports, and operating issues.
\n
• Collaborate on the company and departmental goals and objectives with other managers.
\n

Plumbing Manager Requirements:  

\n

\n
• 5-7 years of related experience in managing plumbing division.
\n
• High School diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
\n
• Education from college, trade school, or military preferred.
\n
• Valid driver's license.
\n
• Reliable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling several tasks.
\n
• Recognize a thorough understanding of the plumbing industry.
\n
• The ability to know local codes and to use available resources to find solutions.
\n
• Efficient management skills to improve the productivity of teams and work standards.
\n
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice.
\n
• OSHA 30 
\n
