**Job Title: Plumbing Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate plumbing activities. This role involves mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality work, and liaising between management and team members.
**Responsibilities**
+ Report to senior managers as required.
+ Liaise between management and employees.
+ Provide direction to the staff when the supervisor is off-site.
+ Inspect contracted work as needed.
+ Review all work orders before and after completion.
+ Provide mentoring and training to staff members.
+ Assist in hiring and training new employees.
+ Develop training materials and conduct training sessions and workshops.
+ Monitor both individual and team job performance metrics.
+ Inform supervisors of completed and outstanding work orders.
+ Provide technical guidance and assistance to staff.
+ Relay productivity concerns to management.
+ Prepare work schedules.
+ Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
+ Attend and participate in meetings and training classes.
+ Respond to emergency needs 24/7.
**Essential Skills**
+ Six years of experience in plumbing or a related field, including two years in a supervisory or lead role.
+ Journeyman License in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical.
+ Experience with liaising between management and employees.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or general education equivalent.
+ Certifications or a professional license preferred.
+ Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
