Key Responsibilities: Lead with Integrity and Compassion Empower and Support your team to ensure that they bring their best and most authentic selves to work every day Partner with our Learning & Development team to ensure your team is properly trained and performing to their skillset and providing an unmatched client experience Partner with the Medical Director to ensure Excellence in medical care and effectively create and maintain veterinarians' work schedules to ensure proper coverage to meet client needs Manage various aspects of the facility including purchasing and property management Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Develop annual budgets and monitor, analyze, and report on practice revenue and other key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications: At least3years of Veterinary Management experiencerequired. Emergency veterinary experience is required. Experience as a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) or certified veterinary practice manager (CVPM) is ideal but not required. SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are a plus. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development. Decisive decision-making ability andeffectiveproblem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to challenges.
