Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in providing best in class data and analytics support to the Casino Product organization. The Product Analytics Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Product leadership team, providing valuable insights to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities


  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques and combine front and back-end data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.
  • Manage a team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including product leadership, to understand their business problems and proactively identify opportunities to drive value through strategic analytics.
  • Act as a leader within the analytics team and the wider commercial organization.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data and analytics and 1+ years of team management
  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • Strong organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and Tableau or another data visualization platform; Amplitude experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R), cloud computing platforms (e.g., Databricks), or ELT/data modeling (e.g., DBT) is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
  • Experience working in cross-functional groups and leading smaller projects
  • Experience collaborating with colleagues in other countries and time zones
  • Strong stakeholder management and independent project leadership
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports/Gaming/Sports is a plus
