As a Production Associate, you will be part of a team that helps assemble, package, or process products according to company standards. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, speed, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Work production to assemble or package products
Monitor materials and product quality during production
Perform basic tasks such as labeling, packing, and sorting
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Meet daily production goals and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
