Available Position: Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor has the all-encompassing responsibility to ensure all product supply is available for the packing department, meets or exceeds all customer or CWS standard specifications and is manufactured in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Duties:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing the daily operations, food safety initiatives, employee direction, and budget analysis/performance of production areas.
2. Direct supervision of these areas in accordance with Company Organizational Chart.
3. Facilitating and enforcing GMP’s, HACCP, Food Safety Programs/Initiatives and Employee Safety Program as required by CWS and regulatory authorities.
4. Increasing the value and efficiency of each of the areas indicated above and communicating any areas of concern to his supervisor.
5. Working in cooperation with The Operations and Production Managers to maximize all products to their highest value.
6. Attend all meetings as necessary to perform and implement responsibilities effectively, including monthly budget meetings, monthly safety meetings, and thrive weekly productions meetings.

• Advanced mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make complex repairs
• Great time management
• Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues
