Our client, a dynamic player in the HR industry, is seeking a Professional Recruiter to join their team. As a Professional Recruiter, you will be part of the HR administration supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Professional Recruiter/ HR Admin

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $19 - $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Schedule interviews and manage heavy interview scheduling.
• Draft offer letters and conduct background checks.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide daily HR guidance and support to employees and managers.
• Assist in implementing effective human relations programs.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Experience with Workday and HireRight is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
