We have an exciting opportunity in our Northbrook office for a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Management teams with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. As our company continues to expand, we want you to grow and develop with us!

You Are:

  • EXPERIENCED: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field required
  • TECHNICAL: Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email
  • A COMMUNICATOR: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur
  • A LEADER: As the primary point of contact for team members, coordinators must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals
  • ORGANIZED: Managing the daily activities and needs of the entire team and possess the ability to multitask and effectively manage the time
  • PROBLEM-SOLVER: Although project managers may step in to handle significant problems, coordinators are required to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance

What You’ll Do:

  • COORDINATE: Support Project Management Department by entering change orders, completing enrollment for OCIP/CCIP’s, processing COI’s, coordinating RFI’s, and reviewing commercial contracts
  • SUPPORT CLIENTS: Frequently communicate with customers; perform customer evaluations and analyze for satisfaction and improvement
  • PRIORITIZE: Utilize time management and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
  • COMMUNICATE: Point of communication for superintendents, project managers, design managers, and others
