As a consultant at Amaris Consulting, you will position yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field and act as an ambassador of our organization to clients. Your missions Define the project charter to align scope, timeline, quality, budget, and acceptance criteria with stakeholders Develop and maintain the overall project plan and governance structure Manage day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensure adherence to plans Identify internal and external resource needs and manage assigned resources Monitor stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication with Client Executives and IT teams Ensure quality of project management deliverables in line with best practices Track and manage risks and issues with effective mitigation plans Monitor and report project progress, costs, benefits, and scope changes using Service Now Close the project ensuring proper evaluation and lessons learned with business partners Your profile Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or related studies 5+ years of experience in three or more IT solution disciplines with a strong background in Project Management, Finance & Budgeting A good understanding and experience with different content management systems A good knowledge about global Retail & Commerce services Experience in preparation of Request For Proposal (RFP) Ability to work with key stakeholders to manage global projects Experience working with multiple diverse technologies and managing diverse IT projects, with a solid project management understanding Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus Excellent English communication skills with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote) Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to adapt interaction styles to match a variety of business and technical audiences Experience in a global environment and with virtual teams What we offer An international community with 110+ nationalities A culture of trust where 70% of our key leaders started at entry level A robust training system with an internal Academy offering 250+ modules A vibrant workplace with regular events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong CSR commitments, notably through the WeCare Together program Equal opportunity statement Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
