Our Quality Assurance Manager position is a great opportunity to work with a leading Medical manufacturing company!

We are looking for a sharp professional that possesses these top 3 skills:

• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry experience
• 4+ Years of Quality Assurance and CAPA management
• Leadership experience

Pay: $85k-$90k

Schedule: 1st shift

Type of Job: Direct Hire

Location : 100% onsite: Fort Worth, TX

At this time, Astrix cannot transfer nor sponsor a work Visa for this position.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Quality Assurance Manager Daily Tasks : What you will do:

• Supervise the Quality Assurance processes, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing and distribution practices.
• Ensure ISO 13485 standards and company quality and regulatory requirements are being met.
• Responsible for managing the quality team, maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System, and acting as the primary point of contact for quality compliance and continuous quality system improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring Good Distribution Practices are executed per defined quality standards established under ISO 13485 and meeting regulatory requirements established under FDA regulations.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure effectiveness.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and quality assurance metrics.

Quality Assurance Manager Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in the Life Sciences
• 4+ Years of QA experience in the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical industry
• CAPA Management
• Leadership experience
