Your Role:

Compensation:

$48,000 to $200,000+

Commission-based with bonuses. Your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Schedule Expectations:

  1. Weekends are prime client time—especially Sunday
  2. Tuesday team meetings are required for collaboration and training
  3. Flexible Mondays/Wednesdays encouraged for recharge
  4. Agents should plan to work full days Thursday through Sunday
