We are seeking a highly motivated individual to learn about a career in the Real Estate Closing Industry.

Closing Support and Administrative Assistant
North Title Company in Champlin is a busy and growing Title Insurance office looking for a part
time assistant with an opportunity to grow within the company.

SCHEDULE
Part-time, flexible hours (e.g., 15–30 hours per week)
For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to expand hours as business needs evolve
No overtime or weekends as an entry level opportunity in an exciting field.
Normal Hours 8:30AM to 5PM

Requirements
Willingness to learn and an interest in Real Estate.
Strong attention to detail
Helpful attitude
Basic office skills
Drivers License
Polite and welcoming phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
This is a team-support role, primarily assisting real estate closers but also other team
members as needed.

Duties Include:
Closing support as directed
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks based on deadlines
Order entry including collecting information to complete the order
Scheduling including communicating by phone, email and outlook calendar
Timely related requests for title clearance items such as HOA Dues Letters, mortgage
payoffs, and utility bills
Escrow Accounting related tasks such as returned checks and trailing documents to
lender
Obtaining documents from Government Centers

We are looking for a motivated individual that is eager to learn and grow within our company. Potential for a full time closing position with salary ranging from $50k to $110k annually.
