About the Internship
The Real Estate Investment & Brokerage Internship is a hands-on, performance-driven opportunity for highly motivated individuals who want real-world experience in real estate. Youll work alongside a mentor and gain skills across the full investment cyclefrom sourcing off-market deals to leasing and managing rentals.

Internship Terms Available:

• Spring (JanMay)
• Summer (MayAug)
• Fall (AugDec)
• Full-Time roles also available

What Youll Learn & Do

Deal Sourcing & Lead Generation

• Cold call and text property owners to identify off-market investment opportunities
• Use proven scripts and adapt strategies to increase lead response rates

Investment Analysis

• Underwrite properties using sales/rent comps and spreadsheet analysis
• Estimate renovation costs and assess profitability for flips, rentals, and developments

Project & Property Management

• Observe and learn from live renovation projects
• Assist in leasing and managing rental units

Real Estate Transactions

• Support acquisition, sales, and leasing processes
• Help with contracts, paperwork, and closings
